Isola dei Nuraghi IGT Cagnulari Bàcco 2016 Siddùra
Description
Bàcco is a red wine with a strong and expressive territorial character.
It originates from the vineyards owned by the Siddùra winery, located in the municipality of Luogosanto in the province of Otranto. Located at an altitude of about 250 meters, the soils of this area are defined by a calcareous and clayey composition. The harvest takes place manually between the end of September and the beginning of October. The bunches are softly pressed and the must is sent for alcoholic fermentation. It matures in the presence of its fine lees in steel containers and 10 hl barrels, to then be bottled and aged for at least 2 months before being marketed.
Its color is intense ruby red, at sight. The bouquet is clearly fruity and reminiscent of cherry, morello cherry and raspberry, on a musky scented background. In the mouth it is fresh and well integrated among all its components. Perist in the crunchy fruit and in the pleasantness of drinking.
Ideal to accompany a mixed cold cuts platter.
