Description

The Roble di Casa de la Ermita was born in the vineyards of the Spanish company, located in the heart of the famous Jumilla denomination.

Produced with a blend of Monastrell and Petit Verdot grapes, grown following an organic regime, this wine, after the red winemaking processes, ages 3 months in French oak barriques.

The Roble di Casa de la Ermita has a red color with purple textures. The nose offers intense notes of ripe fruit and subtle toasted touches, with mineral and balsamic notes. In the mouth it shows fresh and fruity, with a remarkable persistence in the finish.

This red expresses its best in the first year of life. It goes perfectly with roasts and red meats, but also with typical Spanish cured meats.
