Description
Taus Blanco comes from the vineyards of Hacienda del Carche, within the splendid setting of the Sierra del Carche Regional Park, in the Jumilla appellation.
Obtained from Sauvignon Blanc and Macabeo grapes, harvested in September, this wine ferments in stainless steel tanks, where it also matures for a few months before being bottled.
Taus Blanco shows a pale straw yellow color. The nose offers a great aromatic power, with citrus, floral and tropical notes. In the mouth it is well balanced, with an excellent acid and fresh component and a very thirst-quenching flavor.
This white is to be tasted in the first year of life. Perfect for aperitifs, it goes well with vegetable appetizers and not too elaborate fish dishes.
