Jumilla DOP Taus Fusion 2014 Hacienda del Carche

Taus Fusion was born in the vineyards of Hacienda del Carche, located in the beautiful stage of the Sierra del Carche regional park, in the Jumilla appellation.

This wine is produced exclusively with Syrah grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. After the red vinification phase, carried out in steel, the must is left to rest for 8 months in French oak barriques, where the organoleptic properties and qualities of the wine stabilize. A long period of bottle aging follows.

The Fusion by Hacienda del Carche has a garnet color, with purple reflections. The nose releases fruity aromas of very ripe red and black fruits, with elegant toasted notes and small vanilla and balsamic hints. In the mouth it is warm and silky, with a fruity and spicy flavor that accompanies a persistent finish.

To be drunk immediately or after a few years, the Fusion goes perfectly with all the great Hispanic cuisine. Excellent also with red meats and roasts.
