Description
The 9 is one of the classic beers of the Sienese L'Olmaia brewery. It takes up the style of the Belgian Ale, with characteristics that recall even the most aromatic IPA.
This beer has a nice amber load, well accompanied by a fine and persistent foam. The nose offers a delicate malt aroma, followed by fruity and citrus notes. In the mouth, citrus notes of orange find more space together with caramelized malt, with a well-balanced bitterness in the background that accompanies the finish.
The 9 proves perfect with grilled red meats and medium-aged cheeses.
