Lager Birrificio Fiorentino

This artisanal Lager was born inside Birrificio Fiorentino, a company based in Bagno a Ripoli, in the municipality of Florence.

It involves the use of only Pilsner malt, made in a historic Bavarian malt house. The high fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and is followed by a long maturation. The refermentation takes place in the bottle.

The Florentine Brewery Lager has a very fine blond color and a very thin foam. The nose offers fresh and summer sensations, with hints of hops and small flowers that tickle the sense of smell. In the mouth it shows an extraordinary ease of drinking, with a light carbonation that enhances the qualities of the beer and accompanies towards a persistent finish.

Perfect with a good pizza, it also divinely marries with the aperitif or appetizer moment.
