Description

The Lambrusco di Sorbara from the Carpi and Sorbara winery comes from vineyards located in the homonymous municipalities of Emilia Romagna.

It derives only from Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes, vinified in rosé at controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place in an autoclave according to the Charmat method.

Light ruby red in color, it opens to the nose with persuasive aromas of violet and raspberry. The taste is balanced and fruity, with a slight and pleasant flavor on the finish.

Excellent with any meal, it is ideal with stewed meats and local cold cuts.
