Description

This Lambrusco di Sorbara Sparkling Brut by Gavioli is a sparkling wine, produced in the municipalities of Bastiglia, Nonantola, and Bomporto, in the province of Modena. The soil in the area is calcareous-clayey, a characteristic that gives the wine a minerality and structure. The grape variety is mainly composed of Lambrusco di Sorbara with a small percentage of Lambrusco Salamino, creating a lively wine with great personality.

The vinification is done in red, with a maceration phase at controlled temperature to best extract color and aromas from the skins. The sparkling process takes place through the Charmat Method, which enhances the freshness and aromatic profile of the wine.

In appearance, it has a light ruby red color, enriched by pinkish reflections and a fine, evanescent bubble. The nose offers a fine and elegant bouquet, dominated by delicate hints of violet. On the palate, it is dry and simple in body, but enhanced by a pleasant sapidity and freshness that confer great balance and overall elegance.

Perfect for accompanying typical Emilian dishes such as tortellini and passatelli in broth, it is also excellent with boiled meats, roasts, and fish-based dishes thanks to its structure and acidity.
