Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC "Omaggio a Gino Friedmann" 2020 Cantina di Carpi e Sorbara

The Lambrusco di Sorbara from the Carpi and Sorbara winery originates from vineyards located in the homonymous municipalities of Emilia Romagna.

Made from 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes, it carries out a long natural refermentation in the bottle carried out by selected yeasts. No disgorgement is made: as it is, in the course of its journey, it will arrive on our tables.

At sight it shows a red color tending to pink and a lively foam. The taste reveals the fruity imprint of cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry, with a floral trail and a note of baking and dry pastries given by the presence of yeasts. The taste is effervescent and very fresh, with a crunchy and tasty fruity echo. The sapid mineral vein is also perceptible, which further increases its pleasantness and drinks it.

To be combined with traditional salami and fried dumplings. To be served with the Piacenza fried cake.
