Description
The Reggiano Lambrusco Frizzante Secco Marchese Manodori from Venturini Baldini is produced from vineyards located in the Roncolo estate, in the province of Reggio Emilia.
It is made from Lambrusco Marani, Maestri, Salamino and Grasparossa clones, harvested in the first ten days of September. After red fermentation at a controlled temperature, the sparkling process takes place in stainless steel autoclaves using the Short Charmat Method for 20–40 days.
The Marchese Manodori from Venturini Baldini is characterized by a lovely deep ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose, it offers pleasant notes of violet and ripe cherry, enriched by delicate hints of clove and pepper. On the palate, it is a medium-bodied wine with exuberant yet well-integrated tannins, good freshness and elegance.
A wine for every meal, it pairs particularly well with flavorful first courses, cured meats and grilled red meats.
