Description

The Langhe Arneis was born in vineyards located in the municipalities of Alba and Neviglie, in the extraordinary panorama of the Langhe, an ancient wine-growing area surrounded by rolling hills and historic vineyards.

It is produced exclusively with Arneis grapes from the Alba vineyards. After the harvest, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C for 12 days. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers for 6 months before being bottled.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color, with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a complex floral bouquet, with hints of white fruit, enriched with pleasant notes of hay. On the palate it is elegant, pleasantly fresh and full-bodied, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Perfect to accompany fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with aperitifs.
