Description
The Langhe Nebbiolo Decentestro of Tenuta l'Illuminata was born in the vineyards located in the La Mora area, in Piedmont.
It is produced exclusively with Nebbiolo grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine ages for about 6 - 7 months in wine vessels, then for a further 3 months in the bottle.
This Nebbiolo is characterized by a very intense garnet red color. The nose opens with a fruity, delicate and harmonious bouquet. On the palate it gives a persistent finish, resulting pleasantly full and slightly dry.
Perfect to accompany first courses with meat sauce or delicate risotto, it is ideal in combination with grilled vegetables and grilled red meats.
