Description

Olivier Coste's Rare white wine belongs to the "Stars" line and was born in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. Olivier Coste comes from a family of winemakers who have owned the Domaine Montrose in Pézenas since 1700.

The wine is made up exclusively of Carignan Blanc grapes, which are destemmed and then macerated for 24 hours. After pressing, fermentation takes place in thermo-controlled steel tanks.

Golden yellow in colour, the wine expresses aromas of white and yellow flowers and peach. The sip is fresh, with a mineral finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with first courses with fish and shellfish and baked fish with vegetables.
