Leon Baladin

Leon beer belongs to the Pure Malt category of the Piedmontese Baladin brewery and, initially, it was made to be the representative beer of the Christmas holidays. Resumes the style of the Belgian abbey tradition.

Leon shows a dark color that goes almost to copper, with a soft foam. The nose offers a good complexity, with a scent of dried fruit supported by spicy notes of licorice and chocolate, which want to recall the idea of the party. Chocolate and licorice return to the mouth with decision but with extreme balance of flavors.

Perfect pairing with chocolate-based desserts, curious experimentation with tasty red meats and herb cheeses.
