Liqueur de Guignes et Guins 2013 Cazottes

The Liqueur de Guignes et Guins of the Cazottes artisanal distillery is produced from cherries grown for generations on the family estate, in an organic regime.

It has a bright and bright red color similar to that of a cardinal's dress, enriched with sparkling orange shades. The scent is clean and distinct at the beginning, later it leaves room for complex aromas of blackcurrant and Napoleon cherry which blend with elegant spicy sensations among which ginger and cloves stand out. In the mouth it is characterized by a remarkable thickness and a unique gustatory richness that surround a fantastic bitter note that remains present throughout the finish.

Ideal in combination with elaborate and tasty preparations, it surprises in combination with lamb with curry or pork loin with milk. Also perfect as a meditation or dessert liqueur.
