Description

Zenato's Lugana Brut Classic Method originates in vineyards located between the towns of Peschiera and Desenzano del Garda, south of the lake of the same name.

It is produced exclusively with Trebbiano di Lugana grapes, harvested and selected only by hand in the first ten days of September. After fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C, the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle, according to the Classic Method, with aging for 24 months on its lees.

The Lugana Brut Classic Method of Zenato is characterized by a light straw yellow color, with golden reflections, and by a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with intense aromas of white flowers, enriched with elegant fruity hints of peach and citrus. On the palate it is harmonious and enveloping, pleasantly fresh and velvety.

Excellent aperitif, it is ideal as a sparkling wine throughout the meal.
