Description

The Lugana Selva del Vescovo is part of the Peaks & Valleys line from Villa Della Torre, the winery of Marilisa Allegrini. This white wine comes from a glacial area south of Lake Garda, at an altitude of 124 meters. The vineyards grow on morainic soils, rich in minerals, which enhance the varietal characteristics of Turbiana.

The winemaking process involves six months of aging in stainless steel to preserve the primary aromas of the grape, followed by two months of aging in the bottle to harmonize freshness and structure.

Brilliant straw yellow in color, it reveals on the nose hints of citrus, green apple, aromatic herbs, and a mineral note. The taste is fresh, balanced, and savory, with a clean and lively finish that reflects the original terroir.

Perfect with fish dishes, summer salads, and delicate white meats.
