Malvasia Nera Salento IGP Talò Malvasia Nera 2014 San Marzano

This Malvasia Nera belongs to the Talò line of the famous Apulian company San Marzano. Born in vineyards located 100 m above sea level, on the Salento hills of Puglia.

Obtained exclusively from Malvasia Nera di Brindisi grapes, carefully harvested during the second half of September, this wine ferments on selected yeasts and then ages in barriques for 6 months, before being bottled.

Malvasia Nera Talò has an intense ruby red color. The nose has a very complex and intriguing perfume, with clearly distinguishable notes of ripe red fruits and various spices. In the mouth it shows a very robust body, with a soft attack and extreme persistence.

This wine maintains its organoleptic potential intact for at least 5 years. It combines divinely with red meat dishes, roasts and medium-aged cheeses.
