Description
Caprifoglio is a white wine with a distinctive aromatic profile, produced in the Maremma Toscana area, a region renowned for the cultivation of international grape varieties such as Viognier. This single-varietal wine reflects the elegance and meticulous production approach characteristic of the Cecchi Family, resulting in a fresh and refined label.
The winemaking process is followed by a four-month aging period on its lees, supplemented by two months in the bottle. This technique enriches the wine's flavor profile, enhancing its structure and imparting balance and persistence.
In appearance, it shows a brilliant straw-yellow color. The aromatic bouquet is complex and intense, with hints of mango and peach merging harmoniously with delicate floral nuances. On the palate, it is fresh, enveloping, and savory, with a pleasant and lingering finish.
Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs well with fish or vegetable risottos, white meats, spicy dishes, and sushi.
