Marron Birrificio La Petrognola

Marron represents one of the flagships of the Lucca Petrognola Brewery. The strong point of this beer is the addition, during the mashing, of ground chestnuts that give it an original tone and character.

Marron shows an amber color, with evident orange reflections and a soft foam. The aroma is decidedly turned to toasted tones, with caramelized notes of malts in the background. In the mouth it is sweet and structured, with hints of citrus, spices and delicate notes of chestnut flour.

This beer divinely marries with seasoned fillings, red and roasted meats, excellent also with well-stuffed pizzas.
