Description
Martina Dolcimelo di Miali was born in vineyards located in the heart of the Itria Valley, in Puglia.
It is produced with Verdeca grapes and with Bianco d'Alessano and Fiano grapes, harvested only by hand once it reaches full maturity. After a cold maceration for 16-18 hours, the must ferments in steel tanks always at low temperature. Subsequently the wine ages on its lees for about 6-7 months before being bottled.
Dolcimelo di Miali has a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with delicate hints of yellow peach, enriched with pleasant honey notes. On the palate it is fresh and clean, complex but balanced.
This white wine is ideal with all fish dishes.
