Mendoza IG Malbec Oak Reserve 2013 Vin Ecol
Description
VinEcol's Mendoza Malbec Oak Reserve was born in vineyards, organically run, located in the Argentine province of Mendoza.
It is produced exclusively with Malbec grapes, harvested and selected by hand in March. The fermentation in stainless steel tanks is followed by natural malolactic fermentation. Subsequently the wine is aged for 8 months in French oak barriques, before being put on the market.
VinEcol's Malbec Oak Reserve has an intense violet color. The nose opens with intense sensations of fresh plums and vanilla. On the palate it is sweet, with a good structure and round tannins.
Perfect to accompany red meats and very seasoned dishes.
