Description

The Merlot Rosé from Canti's Varietals line is a still wine that stands out for its freshness and pleasantness, made from selected Merlot grapes. Its bright pink hue anticipates its lively and fruity character, aimed at an audience looking for an accessible, modern rosé suitable for informal and convivial moments.

The winemaking process involves a short maceration at low temperature to gently extract the color and primary aromas of the grape, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature to preserve the fragrance of fruity aromas. Aging takes place in stainless steel to enhance freshness and expressive clarity.

Upon visual examination, it reveals a bright, vibrant pink color. On the nose, it opens with a fruity bouquet, dominated by notes of blackcurrant and raspberry. On the palate, it is fresh, smooth, and pleasantly fruity, with hints of plum and blackcurrant accompanying a soft and harmonious finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with summer fruit-based desserts.
