Description

The Monferrato Bianco Montej di Villa Sparina is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Cortese, on the slopes of Monterotondo.

It is produced with Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested only by hand during the month of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C for 2 weeks.

Montej is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with a rich floral bouquet. On the palate it is delicate, fresh and rich, pleasantly enveloping and soft.

Perfect to accompany fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with white meats.
