Description
Morellino di Scansano di Coli is born in vineyards located in the heart of the homonymous Tuscan denomination.
It is produced with Sangiovese grapes and other authorized black grape varieties. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in bottle for about 6 months.
This Morellino di Scansano is characterized by a lively ruby red color, with garnet reflections. The nose opens with an intense bouquet of red fruits. On the palate it is velvety, soft and pleasantly warm. The wine has a balanced structure, with a persistent and vanilla aftertaste.
Perfect to accompany red and roasted meats, it is ideal in combination with dishes with meat sauce and aged cheeses
