Description

Domaine Julien Meyer's Alsace Grand Cru Riesling Muenchburg was born in vineyards located in the heart of the AOC Alsace.

It is produced exclusively with Riesling grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Subsequently the wine ages for a short period in steel on its lees and in glass before being released on the market.

Domaine Julien Meyer's Muenchberg has an intense golden yellow color. The nose opens with enveloping aromas of dried pear and apricot compote, enriched with pleasant spicy notes. On the palate it is lively and deep, with a long finish characterized by smoky and mineral notes.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect to accompany fish and shellfish dishes.
