Nine dot Five Cold Wine Pink Extra Dry

The Nine dot Five Cold Wine Pink Extra Dry of Astoria is born in vineyards located in the hills of the Val del Brun Estate, in the Treviso municipality of Refrontolo.

It is obtained from varieties of aromatic grapes from Treviso, harvested a few days in advance of the perfect ripeness, to maintain a lower sugar content, higher acidity and more fruity aroma. After a soft pressing and partial cold maceration, fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 10-12 ° C. The must is transferred to the autoclave, where sparkling wine is made according to the Charmat method, to which red wine obtained by short maceration is added, to give this sparkling wine its characteristic pink color. Subsequently, the sparkling wine ages on its lees for 20-30 days and is dosed with a small percentage of the must of fine aromatic grapes in order to complete and flavor its taste.

It is characterized by a soft pink color, and a fine and persistent perlage. It opens to the nose with an ethereal and delicate bouquet, with varietal aromas and hints of yeast, accompanied by a strong aromatic note. On the palate it follows the aromatic sensations perceived by the nose, with a soft and pleasantly harmonious taste.
