Description
The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Bindella of the homonymous company was born in the Vallocaia estate, on the hills of Montepulciano, in Tuscany.
It is produced 85% with Sangiovese grapes and 15% with Colorino, Canaiolo Nero and Mammolo grapes, fermented in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 25 - 28 ° C and macerated on the skins for 15 - 18 days. The wine then ages in French oak barrels for 20 months before being bottled.
Bindella is a bright ruby red wine. The bouquet is intense and refined, with hints of black cherry and violet and hints of blueberry, blackberry and plum. On the palate it is elegant and well balanced, with a good structure.
Perfect to accompany red meats and game, this wine is ideal in combination with stewed meats and aged cheeses.
