Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG 2012 Bindella

The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Bindella di Bindella - Terre di Vallocaia comes from the vineyards located on the hills of Montepulciano, in Tuscany.

It is mainly produced with Sangiovese grapes and with Colorino, Canaiolo Nero and Mammolo grapes, fermented in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 25 - 28 ° C and macerated on the skins for 15 - 18 days. The wine then ages in French oak barrels for 20 months before being bottled.

Bindella is a bright ruby red wine. The bouquet is intense and refined, with hints of black cherry and violet and hints of blueberry, blackberry and plum. On the palate it is elegant and well balanced, with a good structure.
