Description

The Nobile di Montepulciano Late Release from Avignonesi originates from vineyards located on the north-east hills of Montepulciano, in the heart of Tuscany. It is made exclusively from Sangiovese grapes that are handpicked and selected entirely by hand.

Fermentation occurs spontaneously in stainless steel tanks with skin contact for a maximum of 30 days. The wine matures in Slavonian oak barriques and large barrels for 18 months.

This Nobile di Montepulciano is characterized by a bright ruby red color. On the nose, it opens with an intense bouquet of red fruits, enriched with elegant spicy notes and balsamic nuances. On the palate, it is round and pleasantly delicate. The wine presents a long finish with a pleasant aromatic persistence.

Perfect to accompany meat ragù pasta dishes and red meats, it is ideal with game and aged cheeses.
