Description
This non-alcoholic sparkling wine is made from organic Chardonnay grapes grown in the sandy and limestone soils of southern Spain. Thanks to a traditional winemaking process followed by gentle vacuum dealcoholization with aroma recovery, the wine retains the freshness and complexity typical of the grape variety.
After fermentation in stainless steel, the alcohol is removed using an advanced technique that preserves the varietal characteristics. The wine is then lightly carbonated to achieve a fine and elegant effervescence, perfectly balanced by a pleasant acidity.
Light and elegant in color, it releases aromas of ripe apple and citrus on the nose. On the palate, it is harmonious, with a slight sweetness balanced by vibrant freshness, making it a perfect alternative to Champagne for those seeking a non-alcoholic option.
