Description
Extra virgin olive oil obtained entirely from Sicilian olives of the Nocellara del Belice cultivar, made by preserving the product as much as possible from contact with oxygen.
It shines with an intense green. It has a nose with intense fruity and vegetable traits, green tomato leaf and floral notes follow each other. In the mouth it is balanced between delicacy and slight bitterness, to close on a spicy finish of beautiful persistence.
It goes well with barley appetizers, vegetable soups, but also fried prawns and fresh soft cheeses.
