Pinot Nero dell'Oltrepò Pavese DOC Il Pinot Nero 2016 Mora Bassa

The Oltrepò Pavese The Pinot Noir of Mora Bassa is born in vineyards located in the Pavese municipality of Montescano, in Lombardy.

It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, manually harvested in boxes. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperature, after which the wine ages in the same containers, before being bottled.

The Pinot Nero di Mora Bassa has a pale straw yellow color. The nose opens with a refined and fresh aromas of white fruit. On the palate it is elegant and aromatic, characterized by a good structure and long persistence.

Excellent as an aperitif, this choppy white wine is perfect to accompany the whole meal, especially first courses and courses based on fish or white meats.
