Description
Pinot Noir from Oltrepò Pavese Gentleman di Ferro 13 comes from vineyards located in the heart of the Oltrepò Pavese DOC.
It is mainly produced with Pinot Noir grapes, harvested by hand in the second ten days of September. After alcoholic fermentation in truncated cone-shaped wooden vats and malolactic fermentation, carried out in the same containers, the wine ages on the lees for about 9 months, before being marketed.
The Gentleman di Ferro 13 has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with pleasant hints of red fruits and currants. On the palate it is elegant and personality.
Perfect to accompany first courses with meat sauce or mushrooms, this wine is ideal in combination with all second courses based on red meat.
