Oltrepò Pavese Metodo Classico Brut Nature DOCG 2014 Oltrenero

Oltrepò Pavese Classic Method Pinot Nero Oltrenero Brut Nature was born in vineyards located on the hills of Zenevredo, in the province of Pavia.

It is obtained from a high selection of Pinot Noir grapes, harvested manually in small boxes. After the classic vinification processes, the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with 48 months aging on its own yeasts.

The Oltrenero Brut Nature of Tenuta Il Bosco is characterized by a light straw yellow color with slight golden reflections, a soft foam and a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose is broad and complex, with notes of bread crust, enriched with mineral sensations, rose and acacia flowers, followed by elegant notes of red fruits typical of the vine and a slight sweet hint of pastry. On the palate it is impressive and savory, with fresh citrus aromas and an enveloping finish slightly almond and toasted.

Perfect for aperitifs, it is excellent as a sparkling wine for the whole meal.
