Description

The Rieling Italico of the Luca Padroggi company is an organic and vegan wine made with 100% Riesling Italico grapes.

To obtain this wine, a late harvest is carried out with careful selection of the grapes. After arriving in the cellar, the grapes are de-stemmed and pressed to be left to macerate at a low temperature for 12 hours. Squeezing follows to obtain the must to be fermented.

Straw yellow in color, it has delicate and compact hints of white pulp fruits such as melon and peach with some references to sweet spices. On the palate it is fresh and harmonious, with references to white flowers and excellent freshness for a medium-long finish.

Perfect wine for open-ended aperitifs based on fresh cheeses, it also goes well with pizza.
