Description

The Opale Spumante Rosé by Franc Lizâr is a refined non-alcoholic alternative that originates in Friuli-Venezia Giulia from a blend of Chardonnay and Merlot grapes. Produced with a meticulous dealcoholization technique using selective membranes, this sparkling wine retains the aromatic and structural qualities of the original grapes, providing an elegant and complete tasting experience, suitable for any occasion.

The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to enhance freshness and complexity. After a brief fermentation, the wine matures for about six months on fine lees with regular batonnage, before being subjected to filtration and dealcoholization. The fine and persistent perlage is achieved through controlled pressure, while the natural sweetness is balanced with lively acidity.

In appearance, it shows a pale pink color illuminated by fine bubbles. On the nose, it releases floral aromas, red fruits like blueberry and currant, rosehip, citrus, and a hint of ginger. The palate is light and lively, with a pleasant harmony of citrus, orange blossom, and red fruits, blending on a silky and mineral structure, ending on a floral and spicy note.

Perfect with salmon tartare, sea bass carpaccio, shellfish risottos, or fresh cheeses like ricotta and buffalo mozzarella bites.
