Pays d'Hérault IGP Grande Reserve GSM 2023 Rêveur

The Grande Réserve GSM by Rêveur is a red wine produced in the Languedoc-Roussillon region in southern France. Made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre varieties, it represents the expression of the classic GSM blend typical of southern France, combining power, elegance, and aromatic complexity.

Vinification follows traditional methods, with hot maceration of the grapes before fermentation, enhancing aromatic extraction and giving the wine a full-bodied and harmonious structure while maintaining elegance and finesse.

It appears with an intense and brilliant red color. The aromatic profile is dominated by notes of ripe black fruits, such as blackberry and currant, accompanied by spicy hints and a touch of vanilla. On the palate, it is full and round, with soft tannins and a pleasant lasting finish.

Ideal paired with grilled red meats, game, or aged cheeses.
