Description

Venturini Baldini's Perla Bianca is made by spherification of the Goccia Bianca seasoning, aged in small white oak barrels, to form small soft beads.

It assumes the same color as the starting dressing. For its sweet and sour taste it is suitable for enriching and decorating salads, fish dishes, sushi and sashimi.
