Description
Venturini Baldini's Perla Nera is obtained from the spherification of the Goccia Nera seasoning, aged in small oak barrels, to form small soft beads.
It has the same color as the starting dressing. For the sweet and sour taste that characterizes them, these black drop beads can be used to decorate aged cheeses, vegetables, panna cotta and omelettes.
