Pessac-Léognan AOC Blanc 2007 Château Couhins-Lurton
Description
Château Couhins-Lurton's Pessac-Léognan was born in vineyards located in the French region of the same name, a land of fine wines, in the heart of Bordeaux.
It is produced exclusively with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels at a controlled temperature of 18-23 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages for 10 months in barriques on its lees before being bottled.
This Pessac-Léognan has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with fragrant apricot and orange aromas in jam, enriched with hints of vanilla and honeysuckle. On the palate it is medium bodied, fresh and lively.
Perfect to accompany appetizers and fresh cheeses, it is ideal in combination with fish or shellfish dishes.
