Description

Banfi Brut Metodo Classico is an elegant sparkling wine made from Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Noir grapes, showcasing the freshness and balance typical of these varieties. It is a classic from Banfi’s production, designed to highlight a refined and versatile style, ideal for gatherings and special occasions.

The production follows the Traditional Method, with secondary fermentation in the bottle and extended ageing on the lees, contributing to its aromatic complexity and structure. This process gives the wine a fine and persistent mousse, enhancing its elegance and depth of flavour.

In the glass, it displays a bright straw yellow colour with a fine, continuous perlage. On the nose, it offers intense, fragrant aromas, while the palate is fresh and lively, marked by pleasant acidity and a slightly bitter finish that accentuates its character.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs well with appetizers and first courses based on fish, and is particularly recommended with shellfish.
