Saint Clair's Pioneer Block 20 Cash Block Sauvignon Blanc was born in vineyards located in the Wairau Valley, in the heart of the renowned Marlborough region of New Zealand.

It is produced exclusively with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand once it reaches full maturity. After a soft pressing of the bunches, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled low temperatures in order to preserve the characteristics of fruitiness and freshness.

The Saint Clair Pioneer Block 20 Cash Block Sauvignon Blanc has a straw yellow color. The nose opens with vibrant hints of green pepper and lemon balm, enriched with pleasant notes of pink grapefruit. On the palate it is rich and full, with hints of black currant and cut grass that accompany towards a mineral and persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany salads and seafood, this white wine is ideal in combination with grilled white meats and vegetables.
