Description

Primitivo di Manduria 11 Rows of San Marzano comes from vineyards located in the municipalities of San Marzano and Sava.

It is produced exclusively with Primitivo grapes, harvested by hand in the first days of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24-26 ° C for 10 days. Subsequently the wine ages in barriques for 12 months, before being bottled.

11 Filari is characterized by an intense ruby red color, with garnet hues. The nose opens with fruity hints of cherries and dried figs, enriched with pleasant spicy notes. On the palate it is enveloping, with delicate honeyed sensations mitigated by a balanced acidity.

Perfect as a meditation wine, it is ideal in combination with dry pastries, fruit and chocolate tarts.
