Description
The Prosecco Alné Millesimato Extra Dry comes from vineyards located in the Treviso area of the same name from which this bubble takes its name.
It is mainly produced with Glera and Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand at the beginning of September. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place in steel autoclaves, according to the Charmat method.
Prosecco Alné Millesimato Extra Dry is characterized by a bright straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with fruity hints of green apple and pear, enriched with notes of wisteria and vanilla flowers. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with an elegant and persistent aftertaste.
Ideal in combination with appetizers and appetizers, this sparkling wine is perfect to serve with fish-based first courses.
