Prosecco DOC Dry Gancia

This Prosecco comes from vineyards located in the famous DOC Prosecco of the Gancia company.

Obtained exclusively from Glera grapes, softly pressed, the must is traditionally vinified in white at controlled temperatures. Then follows the sparkling process following the Charmat method, with a slow refermentation in large containers closed at 15-17 ° C.

Prosecco Dry di Gancia shows a straw yellow color, with greenish reflections and a subtle and persistent perlage. The nose offers the typical scent of Golden apple, accompanied by citric notes and acacia flowers. In the mouth it is sweet and very fresh, with a fruity finish that sponsors its drinking.

Perfect for the aperitif moment, it can also be combined with appetizers and light first courses.
