The Prosecco Millesimato Rosé produced by Canti is a rosé sparkling wine made from Glera and Pinot Nero grapes, carefully vinified to enhance the aromatic characteristics and lively freshness of this type. It is born in an area dedicated to the production of elegant and easy-drinking sparkling wines, representing a modern and refined choice.

The vinification takes place using the Charmat method, where the second fermentation occurs in an autoclave, to preserve the fruit's fragrance and achieve a fine and persistent bubble. The wine is bottled at a low temperature to maintain its aromatic integrity and visual brilliance.

It shows a bright pink color, accompanied by a delicate, floral, and pleasantly fruity bouquet. On the palate, it is aromatic, fresh, and savory, with an immediate pleasantness that makes it extremely versatile and enjoyable.
