Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG Superiore Fondego Dry Millesimato 2015 Zardetto

Prosecco Superiore Dry Millesimato Fondego represents the fruit of a single vineyard of the Zardetto winery, located in the sub-area of Santa Maria di Feletto, inside the famous DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene.

It is produced entirely with Glera grapes, carefully selected and harvested manually in the first half of September. Winemaking follows the Charmat or Martinotti method as tradition.

Prosecco Superiore Dry Millesimato Fondego has a bright straw yellow color, with a fine and very persistent perlage. The nose offers a good aromatic complexity, with typical fruity aromas such as pear and apple, to which are added notes of pineapple and peach, and a very elegant aftertaste of glazed almonds. In the mouth it shows a bewitching acidity, a good roundness and a sapid vein that invigorates the palate.
