Description

The Pinot Noir of the Calatroni cellars is a very particular and decidedly rare wine, as its name suggests, as it is produced with Pinot Noir grapes vinified in white and not sparkling.

This Pinot Noir is characterized by a crystalline white color, with delicate blonde highlights. Its aroma is fruity, with hints of cut apple and pear, enriched with pleasant floral notes. On the palate it is round, with a slight streak of freshness due to its balanced acidity.

It is a perfect wine for aperitifs and finger food and goes perfectly with fresh and light dishes such as salads and cold pastas.
