Description

The Negroamaro di Pietra Pura was born from the fruitful collaboration between the Tuscan company Rocca delle Macie and the Apulian company Terre di Sava, in Salento.

The wine is produced exclusively with Negroamaro grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After maceration at a controlled temperature, the must is pressed at the end of fermentation. After a period of aging which lasts a few months, it is finally bottled.

The Negroamaro di Pietra Pura shows an intense purple red color. The nose presents itself with a persistent scent of black currant, enriched with spicy notes of thyme and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is enveloping, full-bodied and with excellent flavor. In the aftertaste it proves persistent and pleasant.

It goes perfectly with first courses. The combination with red meats and aged cheeses is also ideal.
